As when I got a email from the site I them had to leave emails then go onto this site then log in then find the thread from the email if I wanted to reply if you get what I mean

Sounds like a cookies problem. Am wondering if the new IOS works differently if you close your iPad. If you restart your iPad (do a soft or hard restart rather than just close it) I'd expect you to have to log in again.

There's a reported issue that if your clear the history that it also clears cookies unexpectedly. Are you doing that?
