Indeed I owned this car for 17 years. It is a last of a long string of two seaters. When at University I drove a ‘57 MGA, followed by and Austin Healey 3000, TR 3, Sprite, and since 1971 a Datsun 280 Z, which I gifted to my son just before I purchased the Z3. Both my wife and I love two seaters, so when the opportunity came up to purchase the Z3 from the wife of a local car dealer we jumped at it.
I live in Ottawa, Canada, and the Z is used as a my fun car, mostly in the city, when we have good weather. To the point, it is still under cover in my garage, as we had a winter mix as recently as two days ago.. so it comes out after May 1 and will remain on the road until October 30.
