Tesco Momentum E5 99 Petrol

A chap on the BMWCCNE F/B page put up picture of the pump label at his local filling station somewhere in the North East which showed that E5 was actually 97 octane.

Checked my local Tesco filling station in Billingham and it was E5 99 octane

Anyone else noticed this anywhere else in the country?

I'll check the next time I call in at the Winning Post on Carholme Rd. in Lincoln Pete. I use their E5.

Just E10 for us in Whitehaven Tesco sadly Our BP has 97 and we have a couple of Shell garages that sell 99 a few miles up the road.

I use Red Diesel in mine

I thought this was 99p a litre, silly, wishful thinking . Will stick to Costco Premium petrol and diseasel for me Z3 and GLE.

Can't see the full label on the first picture, but maybe they're now offering two Momentum grades depending on region, so Momentum97 and Momentum99.
