What's the advantage of having tapatalk on my mobile rather than just using my standard functionality to access Zorg....?

Is it a "must have" if I'm going to use my phone to access the site?

From a personal point of view it's a lot easier than having to scroll, zoom, pinch etc to see what you want to look at. Here are some screen shots from my Android phone version...

Yes, it's the £1.99 one from the Android store. Do you have an Android Snoops? If you have an iPhone I can do some screen shots from that, just need to find my iPhone though! Pretty similar functionality, although they look slightly different.

Thanks Ron,

The convo version is a great way of keeping up with the threads and new posts! I used it for a few days, but got frustrated as it didn't allow me to do everything I needed!

Would be a good idea to install Convo though to get an idea of what it does, before splashing out!

Hi guys I have just downloaded the Tapatalk app for my iPhone 3GS and I can read everything fine but how on earth do you find out how to post from a topic? i can't seem to find it anywhere ~x(

Mind you interesting result on the iPhone it sent and appeared on the forum but the iPhone has a white blank screen and no way to get to anything. Closed the App down and restarted it and it seems OK to I shall try another post in here.

Got into the post from iPhone now trying the edit see what happens when I save it this time!

All fine on the edit front I shal try a new post again

Another question please

Why can I see the smilies on my phone but not when I view the thread on my pc? (I just see the "text" of the smilie)

I don't know Snoops - but out of interest I CAN see them on my PC but NOT on my iPhone when using tapatalk #-o

There is an overlap of smilies which both understand, and some which are only understood by Tapatalk and some only by phpBB3 (the forum software).

That means if you put a Tapatalk only smilie in a post, it will only show on tapatalk - and vice versa.

We can add specific smilies from Tapatalk in to phpBB3, but I don't think there is a way to change Tapatalk...

Hope that makes sense.
