I am happy to advise that I have found a new company to produce the metal work for another 100 sets of tank straps, and have ordered and paid a deposit to get an initial pre-production batch of 5 underway.

They will be available in about 4 weeks or so. ( dependant on the rubber cushioning being available)

price will remain the same at £70.00 per set

I will do the modification on a small number of the sets to convert them to the Z3M version. These will be about 8 weeks. Hope the price will remain the same but I will have to get new blocks and stop plates and have no pricing for these yet.


I am also having 100 off Z3M canister straps made. Price to be advised

Thats fantastic news as there has been a new set of enquiries i would also be interested in another set so will be watching with interest on the progress of the potential new batch.

Brilliant Malc, still an absolute bargain. I think if it was the upfront cost that was ever an issue there are enough folks on here that would crowdfund you. Ever thought about an ebay or Etsy shop? Every rockstar needs a side hustle :cool:

thanks. Mazza appreciate it. My 2.8 is in desperate need if a set
 
They are making 5 pre production sets to check the programme and check the profiles.
If these are ok ( and no reason to suppose they wont be ) I will have them powdercoated and add them to my order, which will give me some earlier than the main batch.
All the other assembly parts and boxes ordered today.
