Alright so I'm thinking about getting a new exhaust and new rims. It's the 1.9 (140 bhp).

I want good sound, but not horribly loud.
Perhaps not a full system then? Tips?

And rims. Feel free to upload some pictures.
I'm a teenager, tough ones!

Cheers guys! (It's black BTW)

When you stylize your car it is obviously down to personal taste. I have fitted a stainless steel exhaust because I wanted to make the most of the lovely sound mine makes, but I only changed the back box, the rest is standard.
Mine also has the optional exterior chrome package which consists of 3rd rear light cover, door handles and windscreen surround. I think they look good but it can depend on the colour of the car.
Some people have also fitted chrome gill covers whereas some others hate any chrome at all!
It is your car... do what you like with it, as I said before, it really is down to personal taste.
And don’t forget to post photos of what you have done so we can all share in it.

Looks good! The exhaust, what part did you change? Where did you get it? Made it yourself?

It was made by a local exhaust specialist near me in Newbury, Berkshire. It was only the very rear section (tailpipes and backbox) and cost £183.00 plus VAT including fitting.
This is a similar part to show what I mean....

Feels pretty expensive. Is the sound worth it? Emissions are not effected right?

I am assured that there is no change in emissions. I think it is worth it as it not only sounds good but is a lot tidier that my original one was, but that is down to personal choice!

Much depends on the look you want. I avoid chrome like the plague. As said, all about personal taste. Have fun.

Hi @Dalek I have been looking for the chrome 3rd light cover for a bit. The one on mine is scratched and gummed up, been trying to replace it.
