Hi everyone!
I'm thinking of buying a set of style 68 wheels. Will they fit the '01 1.9i without any spacers? I will buy some if needed in the future but for the moment I want to fit them as they are. Currently I'm running on 16" style 45.

Style 68 size is:
Front: 7,5J x17 et41
Rear: 8,5J x17 et50

I would imagine they should be fine without spacers.

Good choice. I just put a set on my car and they really suit it.

I've seen very few 1.9 with them fitted over the web and I know that the rear clearence is smaller on 1.9.

Not sure you'll have an issue tbh - but there will be others on here more knowledgeable in the art of the offset

The wheels will go on fine on a facelift front offset the same rear different by 12mm I think .
If you want the rears right out at the edge of the aches then they will need spaced but if not the 225/ 45/ 17 front and 245/ 40 / 17 rears are good to go as they are hope this helps.
Stephen.

Front wheels mounted :) tomorrow rears.
They are sticking out a little bit, will there be any problems?
Should be fine under normal driving - just don’t attack any traffic calming humps or potholes! They look great - the rears when fitted will probably need spacers to complement the front.:)

I understand that wheels should not protrude out from the arch/body line.
