It's the bush for the roll bar drop link where it connects to the control arm. I would suggest getting new drop links rather than changing the bush. The +/- on the drop down is for if you want them in the kit or not.

Meyle HD drop links come highly recommended.

Two options to find out. Stick your Vin in Realoem and see what size roll bars were fitted.

Or

Lay under the car with a mic and measure the roll bar thicknesses, its quite important as some are in 0.5 increments.

It's the anti roll bar LINK bush as Eddie zedder correctly identified - ah right, not 2 types. I thought the +/- was something geometry related. Doh!

Yeah for £27 a pair the Meyle HD ones is a much better option cheers!

Just recently completed full front end rebuild using all MEYLE parts, the HD drop links are Definitely the BEST available, I also used MEYLE D bushes for the roll bar.
Look for Johnny boy-1 seller on eBay, contact Asam He is most helpful and tell him that you are a Z3 owner and John from MEYLE recommended you to him, you will get the parts discounted.

My pleasure, I hate to see people pay over the odds for parts. If I can help at all with parts sourcing, please ask.

Around the start of lockdown, there were places doing Powerflex for 20% discount (incl Powerflex if you bought more than £250). The discounts seemed to have dried up now. I'm just waiting for them to be discounted again, and I'll be buying a whole set (maybe two).

I managed to get the front anti-roll bar bushes for £20, but that was a lucky day on eBay. They had been in a guys shed for a few years and he was having a clearout.

I'll have to investigate to see if Powerflex or Strongflex are equal or which is better.
