Yes I really enjoyed this months and especially as it had non content from your truly. LOL

The Poly bush article was great especially as I am looking at the rear suspension of Black for the Track as I have dropped it and it now has 3.82 degrees of camber which I want to reduce back to a little under 2 degrees.

I also found out recently that the rear end of the Z3 is from the E30 which is news to me! so the front is E36 and the rear is E30 interesting!!

Yes strange mix of suspension on the Z3 when you look at the E36 which is mainly based on. The E36 had the innotive (at the time) Z Link suspension which they decided not to fit on the Z3's probably for cost reasons.
