Agreed but that'll only happen if Joe Public make a stand via the National media. The main problem is that whilst the issue is rife it is 'only' affecting individualsWe pay enough tax in this country, why are only 1% of containers checked if they know this is going on?
We also pay for all this car theft through our insurance premiums.
It's about time the government grew some and started dealing with crime properly.
