My wife Sue and I have owned our black 1997 Z3 for twenty years and the current mileage is 74111. We had always wanted a sports car and when our twin sons left home to go to University we bought this car. We live in Swansea, South Wales and enjoy taking trips around this beautiful area, including the Gower coast and the Brecon Beacons. It is our pride and joy and over the years we have received many compliments about the car. We believe that the Trainer BMW dealership customised the car with front and rear skirts which makes it look different to other models of the same age. We are not very technical minded so we may have to ask our grandchildren how we can post a picture of the car!!
We look forward to meeting other club members at organised meets.
We are also interested to know when our vehicle will be classed as a classic and whether your members use a particular company to insure with as we only do limited mileage.
Any advice would be welcomed.
