Hi, My '98 2.8 Z3 has the MTech steering wheel and I've also bought another wheel, a '97 version with the chrome SRS badge. I'm getting a Royal conversion but thinking that the MTech might be too valuable to modify (saw one for sale at £200 the other day) so should I get the SRS one done instead and will it fit?
Comments please?

The wheel at £200 is well over priced they are normally around £100 mark and even less, they are not particularly valuable as there are a shed load of them around.

Cheers, I was thinking of the future seeing as I've already got the other one (which I paid £40 for).

On second thought the wheel for £200 is probably from a 3.0l which seem to well over priced =))

Mtec wheels are £50 top unless freshly refurbed

I got my tri coloured one for only £50

Id get the Mtec wheel refurbed as they are a nicer wheel

Cheers all, I'll leave it with Royal then looking forward to the 18th of all goes to plan! Only just ordered and was going for the plain black with green stitchingto match the car but now wondering if I should a) get a green infill (though doubt they could match Fiji Green) or b) change it to the BMW tricolour.

If I used that model I was thinking doing something sign with the SRS badge like have it changed to Z3 or 2.8 but think I'll stay with the MTech. Thanks for the picture though.
