It's a "320mm Isotta Katiena"

Demon Tweeks sell them in 350mm - http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/performance/steering-wheels/katiena-steering-wheel-black-leather - although I'm sure others do in other sizes.

That a nice steering wheel I suppose the airbag has to be sacrificed? Not so keen on the boss behind the wheel though looks unfinished.

I look at that wheel and can imagine it would feel really good throwing it around with the ASC off
