"Battery is good." At least you been going the diagnostic route! The battery is the first thing to test, so well done.
"Alternator also looks good." What voltage did it show, say at idling and then at 2000rpm? But another good test.
" it will turn but not crank." Don't understand that at all. How can it be turning and not cranking?
" Fuses also look good." Have you checked that the start circuit fuses are actually providing continuity? They may not have blown, but may have bad connections.
You're correct to check all the earths, that's what I'd be looking at. But if you're happy that they are all functioning correctly and have been fully checked, then I'm as stumped as you are!

Get the battery load tested. It sounds like a dicky battery as the car always starts when jump started and the ticking sound of a struggling starter when it does not start.
