Yes, I know it's bike related, but can you tell which is the shiny new one and which is the manky 24 year old original? Answers on a postcard please to the normal address.

It's gone on my Honda VTR1000, and is a vast improvement over the tired original. I may yet look around for something similar for the Enfield, but that's a much slower kettle of fish. So to speak.

It's spent its life fairly well tucked away in the middle of the bike, was a bit of a bu**er to liberate it. Cars are so much easier. You can just see a bit of it hidden away in this.

I have a BMW R9T urban, the rear shock on that was murder from the factory so I replaced it with a Wilbers, the difference was night and day, just got home from the show, must admit it was pretty good this year.

This is a YSS, cheap but very good. Rebuildable, too, although the last one managed 24 years, so this one may outlast me.
