I have power to seat , so I take it fuse is good , so poss switch or James motorsAre the fuses good the passenger seat is fused seperate to the drivers.
I would check for voltage on the wiring if all is good it may be a switch issue sometimes if the seats sit they bind up abit and need to be freed up.
No noise at all , button seams stickyCan you hear the motors running when press the buttons ?
There are two fuses per seat from what i can see if you have a 12volt supply you could apply direct to the motors and see if you get action it will prove the motors at least.I have power to seat , so I take it fuse is good , so poss switch or James motors
