@DutchScorpion Roger, yes they are indeed. More than welcome and if any fancy dropping over I am sure they will find a lot of members willing to meet up.
 
Unfortunately due to some personal issues I am going to have to pull the event. Unless someone wishes to take it over and deal with SPA directly. You will have to pay for the track and event and then get the money from each person attending. If you are willing please PM me and I will pass on the details and all the contact information.

Sorry about this. Its out of my control this side.

Sorry to hear you can't make it this year, I can take it over from you, can you tell me a bit more how it works?

How do we get access to the circuit?
What do we have to pay for it?
Do we have a limitation on the number of cars?

What to do/think/organize (and maybe what Not to do...).
I could also put an invite on the NL Forum for this event.

Let me know what works best?
Maybe drop me an email with your contact details to edwinkoevoet@hotmail.com.

OK Guys, @Edwin Koevoet is looking at organising the day at SPA. Can you please message him asap to confirm if you wish to have a few laps of SPA on the Monday.

Details are still the same, so maybe you can copy the original message from Paul
(Spa currently gives similar times as Paul was indicating "We can organize private guided tours and you’re welcome to discover the circuit on 11 June at 10.15, followed by a parade at 12.05").

Would appreciate if they can confirm on this forum but also drop me a email to edwinkoevoet@gmail.com
(as I am not familiair with all the Forum names and quickly can send an email out with all details).
