I'm dealing directly with Dan who is organising it for the car club. He hasn't mentioned anything about needing to update the car club list as yet!

When I phoned for the ticket, the chap just asked car type and that was it, not year, reg, colour ....... happy that ur dealing direct with dan, will push again on fb to make sure people have booked, will add on here if thats ok gaz.

Gaz - So what time we looking to meet up on the Sunday --- Leigh Delamare services again ? Since we have to be in the show before 9:30am --- we going to make it early looking to leave at 8am ? from the services ? Whats ur thoughts ?

When I first talked to Dan I think he was always conscious people would prefer the Sunday, and I think he was spot on with that thought. I much prefer Sunday events for some reason.

Nearly upon us - Gaz and I are meeting in Newbury on route at 7:45am on Sunday. I aint too sure that others will meet on the way - and there are not many going. But pls share if u want to be picked up into the convoy along the M4 west bound.

Quick update from Dan at the Car Club

This is just a brief note to remind everyone that on Saturday and Sunday, theLATEST entry to the event is 09.30am. Please arrive before 09.30am.

If you arrive later than 09.30am on either day, the only place available to you will be the general public car park which will not give you access to our Stand. Plus, you would likely be charged £10 per person to get in as you would become a ‘general visitor’ not an ‘exhibitor’.

This is because we are ‘exhibitors’ at the show and exhibitors are asked to arrive prior to 09.30am so that all displays are set-up etc. prior to public admission.

I will be there from approx. 08.30am on both days, so the earlier you can make it the better.

Thanks everyone! We are expecting at least 50 BMWs on our Stand (slightly less on the Saturday). The new M4 will be on our Stand for the whole weekend and we will all be able to look around this new car (as long as I haven’t driven off in it by 08.31am!!)

Remember that we have a Show and Shine on Sunday and Wellsway are running a draw to win use of a new 4 Series Convertible for a weekend, plus we have the 3 Series Through the Ages Display with photographer in attendance to capture images of this display and our whole Stand. I will make copies of these images available to everyone after the event if requested.

The weather is looking very wet for tomorrow!! But Sunday is looking good.
