Another meetup organised by the BMWCCGB, and we joined them for the first time last year. Was an awesome day - great weather, company and beer tents
We only attended the Sunday last year as it was the better of the 2 days for things happening. It's a large car show, fun fair, trade stalls, food stands and so on. We even got to drool over the new M4 which Wellsway BMW supplied for the weekend!
Information from the CC organiser Dan Woods below. Let me know if you are interested and I'll maintain a list!
Saturday 1st is a general gathering and look around the entire show
Sunday 2nd is our main event with a Show ‘n’ Shine with trophies, raffle etc.
Wellsway BMW will be supporting us again this year. We are planning to divide our stand area into ‘zones’ to display our cars. There will be an ‘Alpina zone’, ‘M Power Zone’, ‘Zed Zone’, ‘3 Series zone’, ‘5 series zone’, ‘7 series zone’, ‘8 series zone’ etc. with Wellsway supplying a brand new model for each/most zones. This will show off the evolution of the models all within the single area of our overarching BMW stand.
Tickets are £5 and give access to the entire Show which is a very large show. I have attached a booking form – people would just need to fill in their name and car details and send it back to the Jaguar Enthusiasts Club (who are the main organisers of the show) with a cheque, or a bank transfer can be done. The Jaguar Enthusiasts Club will then post your tickets to you.
Some names from last year I can remember...
