Haha, sorry didn't realise people didn't know they weren't an OEM integrated option... Was trying to say, it was nice to have a car where BMW thought somewhere to put your Starbucks would be helpful 
They're not cheap to retro fit either, haven't found any on eBay.com yet.

There is a version on another forum I think it's ultimatecupholders from across the pond. Sits on the floor and slides up the centre tunnel. http://www.ultimatecupholders.com Not sure if they any good. My car seems to have a blank plate each side.

Agreed, there's really only one at our house likely to use one anyway, and it ain't me! Can certainly think of something more useful to buy than those to be honest. Having said that, if mine had them I wouldn't be removing and selling them either. It does bug me when cars come in for an M.O.T. with a half full cup of cold Costa's or Starbucks coffee left in the the car, as if to say "look where I've been"

So holding the coffee between your knees, whilst replying to the latest text while rolling a fag at 70 on the M4 isn't the best option then?
£45 eh if that includes the coffee that's not a bad price
I've installed drivers only, and bought it from Germany for 46EUR delivered (this is passenger side in Germany). Plenty of them on ebay.com and de. On de I've used google translate to find them, as in German it is called as one single long word I cant can't even pronounce or write!
