it went ok for the first part (the removal of the old)
i had problems with the old zip being contaminated with glue from a previous repair.
i had trouble with the alignment of the new window.
i had to stop after 3 goes, otherwise it would have ended in disaster.
will have another go next weekend.
im still in two minds to change the whole roof.
its not in bad nick but there are a few patches that arnt good.
awaiting a few quotes before i decide.

No worries, toptip if there is superglue on the zip it dissolves with hot water but if the original zip sewn into the hood isn't perfect it will pop open. I had trouble with it popping open and ended up sewing the corners up as well which can be easily un picked when required but at least the screen is held in nice and tight now.
