Its very rare that I have my roof up as the car is a bit of a garage queen but on the odd occasion that it does come up it always feels like it lets the car down, so today was the day to try and improve it,
Firstly I polished the rear screen,

After

Then on with the roof, I have heard bad things about Renovo but as my hood looked shagged I thought I had nothing to lose, gave it a clean and then used the Renovo dye, the pics don't do it justice as the results are outstanding,

Did you give the roof a good scrubbing with the Renovo Cleaner before hand ?

Renovo is good stuff, but it has to be applied quickly and correctly to get good results.
Most Detailers would say it's the best of its type of product available.
Need to do mine

Nice work i've used my D.A polished on my rear screen it certainly makes light work of polishing it without much force.

@Sean d i remember you mentioned making a DA polisher work normally (i.e. rotary)
Can you tell how did you do that?

Ps first time I've seen a pic of that car with the roof up. Looks very classy.

I took the cover of the shaft and just put a small screw in the part that makes it orbital, then it becomes diurect.
