Jack Smith, Swansea if you need a new one. If it's just a clean then plenty of kits out there to get it clean.

Give it a good clean with Autoglym soft top cleaner then redye with Renovo. Results are always superb. I've done 3 now and never been disappointed. Just make sure you cover the car well when doing it as the liquid is very watery and spits when brushing it on.

Clean with Autoglym soft top cleaner - absolutely - a great product and really does work.
Redye with Renovo - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not do this!

A friend of mine who has for the last 30 years been replacing soft tops on many brands cites Renovo as the #1 reason he is in business - as it stiffens the fabric, leaves a waxy finish on it which prevents the fabric from absorbing & wicking water as designed but instead repelling it which causes drying & breaking of the fibres and premature shrinkage & failure of the roof.
He does not recommend ANY re-dye or proofing product for any Hartz Stayfast roof (which is exactly what the Z3 has).
