Woildn't surprise me if you can polish it out with rubbing compound or polishing paste.

Having said that it occurs to me that I've seen some product specifically for that purpose.

But I bet there's lots of utube videos showing how to do it.

I think you can use polishing solution such as AutoGlym’s body polish on the plastic rear window but do research, Geoff. Let us know what you discover, please.

Yes. Toothpaste is just a mint flavoured abrasive paste.
