is back to normal, how come there are no panic-stricken warnings to put on a coat if we're off out in the rain and wind? I feel let down by our valiant weather warriors/forecasters, I've not got a clue how to act.
On a lighter note, it's good to see the latest crop of tourists splashing about in Pwllheli earlier.=)):baa:baa:baa

This bad weather was forecasted

We are still coming out of the last ice age. The cycle is ice age to tropical, with a few billion years between.

What a window on a world gone by. A couple of thoughts. Firstly, price 8 pence. I don't know the cost of the Radio Times now, but I bet it's around 3 quid. How come today's lazy, sensationalist media reckon that inflation is a new phenomenon? Secondly, I remember the 'new ice age' scare in the 1970s following a couple of chilly winters. Funny how a few decades later the opposite is now sending the media into a frenzy. My old man used to say to me 'Son, don't believe everything you read in the papers'. Good job he was right, otherwise we'd all have frozen to death by now.....
