Slight rust issues. Recommendations?

Autoglym compound does not seem enough to cure these minor blemishes.
Tried some Meguiars Swirl Xpel and still no good results, so reluctantly selling for £ 30.000 ONO unless someone comes up with a good rust treatment solution…
