Since the last Microsoft update sometime after 13th March the SKY Go app on my laptop has stopped working. It comes up with a message saying cannot connect and error code 001. Retry - same thing. Deleted App and reinstalled 3 times. no different.
I've looked online with loads of people in the same boat and the the answer seems to be as follows - Use DISM and SFC Scan Now to fix errors in Windows 10. Haven't found out how to do that as yet.
Anyone on here had similar problems.
