What an amazing, incredible weekend. :) From meeting everyone at Horwood on Friday evening, to the 'Hell for Leather' lap round the circuit, the pace didn't stop from Friday Lunch time 'til Sunday Evening. It was great getting to know all the people and their partners that you have chatted to for so long, including Snoops & Seasurfer, Swamper & Boysie, Ragtop & Gookah and all those names that are so familiar on the forum.:D

Snoops & Seasurfers cake & Hornels Griddle scones went down a treat and despite the kettle whistle blowing constantly, we still came home with over 600 teabags, so out of 312 Zed owners and their passengers, either the majority are quite shy or just dont drink tea, which is probably just as well as we only had about 8 cups!! :)

Can't wait until Christmas, when hopefully, we all get together again

All parked up for the night at Horwood.

An early start on a beautiful Zedfest July morning.

Mora - all gift wrapped and shiny.

The Chuck Wagons.

Round ‘em up, Snoops!

Ragtop & Gail, - Swamper & Collette, ‘Smile Please’

‘We waz ere’ by Snoops.

Seasurfer! Expectations!! Ready & Waiting

Reflections of what was to come?

Macca & Mary on the starting blocks

There they were, GONE!?

Wingwalking Duo

Snoops in Pole Position!

Waiting for the sedate lap, no such luck!

Mora’s mate, in fact, there were four Mora Individuals in total! A record!!

It’s the Pits for us!

Ragtop reflecting on a lap of a lifetime!

‘Persil Paul’ Hornel & Elaine at Horwood

Posing at Horwood

Mark (not quite such a Badman Gee) and his resilient partner, Michelle.

Only six Zorgers ready for Silverstone on Sunday.

Mora, ready to leave!

Thank you Duncan & Gary for all your hard work and to everyone for making the weekend so marvellous :-bd

It's great looking at new photos - you just re-live it all again... was it only a week ago :(

I'm surprised you had so many T bags left, the kettle seemed to be on a constant boil and we managed with so few cups !! Speaking of which, I seem to have acquired a plain white one :-\

Glad I didn't wear my daft hat for the parade lap, you may have ended up wearing it coz it would have blown off for sure :D

Speaking of Christmas - the new Christmas thread is up and running Here s;)

I just hope none of you heard me giving both barrels, in my best Scottish, to the Lotus driver struggling to get up the grassy bank and spraying mud over some of our cars :ymblushing: :ymblushing:

I did speak to some of you early on, but didn't manage to get back for tea & cake :(

Indeed was a great weekend, even if I did get a telling off for driving too fast on the circuit, if you listen closely you will hear my Mrs nervously freaking out... :ymblushing:

I am sure you will see one or two of you guys heading out in line, I was parked up very near the gate so was with the last of the Z3's to roll out...
And my phone did survive, just... :))

Likewise :)

There was a red Esprit? that first sprayed the mud, then as the cars were being cleaned, an old guy in an Elan did the same L-) L-)

That is quite a dramatic picture actually, Snoops, an angry sky and the smoke trail from the plane, not to mention the rapidly disappearing Zeds!! :D

Did you watch Zteve's video where they dropped the phone, but it still kept videoing the dash!! :)) If you keep watching the Zeds going by we both go past followed by Ragtop :coolsteer)
