Oh yum I need a hardtop. I think those are 19's? Damn those pesky americans/Germans and their smooth roads, no one in the uk could pull off that stance!!! I bottom out on mine as it is.

Thanks though hornel, another c£600 I need to spend!! :p

Would still love one in gloss black on mine, but do I love it enough knowing I couldn't remove it as nowhere to store it during the summer :-?

Tim.

Maybe if you move your zed out of the garage in the summer Tim you would have plenty of storage space for one =))

Seriously though, they don't take up a massive amount of space I have mine in a bag which I hang securely from the roof right against the wall at the back of the garage.

Yes Tim, I moved my car back a foot and plenty of room, its stood up against the back wall with a rope across it so it doesnt fall. ;)

Cheers Paul, I may look into this in the summer, the e-bay seller from Scotland cant remember his name now does the all in one package and his prices tend to fall during the summer months so quite fancy a newly sprayed up hardtop :coolsteer)

Another option Tim is to suspend it from the roof above the car.
Ours hangs like this quite happily but be carful of the bayonet spikes if you walk underneath it!

I thought BMW did something that covers the spikes when the roof is not on the car and I'm sure someone will be along with the item number soon.
