Side grills

Hi all.. can anyone give me some guidance on changing the side bonnet grills on my Z3.. currently have chrome ones but have bought some titan silver ones to match the car... is it a straight forward job .. any issues I should look out for

Hi and welcome! I've just joined the forum last month, and I have a Z3 with a damaged chrome side vent on the drivers side that needs replacing.
I think that they are held on with four plastic 'body nuts', two top, two lower, then one 'Fillister head self-tapping screw' at the lower rear, and a clip at the top rear.

The side gills have 1 screw and five plastic push fit clips on each side.
Undo the screw and use a plastic pry tool ( preferably one with a 90 degree bend so you lever them) to ease them out and should be fine.

Any with the bend will be ok, it just gives a bit of pressure
