Don't know what they have let their selfs in for ;)
I know it's my job,but sheep are not the brightest of animals.they behave on instinct ,you can't teach them a lot.But they are very good at breeding and converting grass into meat.The better you look after them the better they produce.I like to think our sheep when they are with us have a good time,we work hard to make sure they always have plenty to eat and are healthy.all they have to worry about is eating and breeding and the occasional sheep dog.And that's really all the think about anyway. :)

I like chops cooked so that the fat is crispy with chips, mint sauce and gravy.anything else is just taking up room on the plate.
