Hi all,
Does anyone happen to know the six pin outs for the Sensor Cluster 01, the Yaw sensor. I have managed to get the circuit board out and checked the S.M. components as far as I am able. There does not appear to be any faulty components, the diodes, caps etc are giving readings which I would expect but it would be helpful to have either a circuit diagram or at least the pin configuration.
I have had a look for diagrams on the web, but although there are some there for other units I cannot find one for the '01' sensor. The part number is: 34.52-6 759 412.
This is more of a curiosity project than a repair job as the replacement I bought from ebay for £24 is working well and has solved my problems. It hardly seems worth messing around with but it's an itch that needs scratching!
Cheers, Colin.

Not sure on wiring diags but that part number is from a Mini.

But must be similar to the Z4 one

Hi Brian,
Yes, there are a few bits, electronically, that appear to fit both the Mini and the Z4. The sensor I bought to replace the old one did give a few models it would suit, including the Mini, and as the part numbers matched and it solved my problem all is well!
I took the 'Zed' for a spin yesterday over to my sons in Worcester, about an hour and a half, never missed a beat and purred like a panther there and back!
Colin.
