Seat sensor mat and heat pad

Hi can anyone please help.i had the base vinyl replaced on my z3 2.8 about 2 year ago and not had it on the road since then.however my air bag light would not go off.i removed seat and found numerous broken or taped wires.no sensor mat or heat pad.can anyone tell me what these wires are.the upholsterer is no longer trading.sorry for bad pics as you can see im no good with tech stuff.
