Seat issue and gear knob

Found the seat problem, part that connects to the seat runner and the flexible shaft has snapped, see picture. Has anyone got one I can buy? Is it an easy fix or has seat got to come out, can get to the rear bolts but seat is to far forward to easily get to the front bolts. Also the gear knob is off centre again see picture, can I just undo the nut, rotate the shaft and tighten? Thanks
