Seat bush change

I have followed videos and cannot get to the bushes!

I have the seat out and the two torc screws out but the rail will not go forward far enough to remove the larger torc bolt to move the rod with the bushing rod part.

Am I being stupid here?

Seems as was being a bit dim, seat needs to be all the way back before trying to do the bushes!

Problem solved and all bushes replaced, although that would mean there were some to remove

I replaced mine, nothing left to replace so seat slid alarmingly forwards and backwards when first purchased; there was a very handy how-to somewhere about that told me how to move the seats to access bolts but also how to centralise the rails when refitting. The biggest worry is damaging the cables underneath.
