Seat bases

Guys looking for a little expertise. Can anyone help.
So I know the seat bases on the seat bases pre and post facelift are different along with the wiring. My question is are the fixing points on the actual seats in the same position on all seat frames the same.
So using my existing bases could I fit any standard z3 seat pad ?

Yes the bases are the same. Just the wiring is different.

Pretty straight forward if you are using your bases,

Yes planning on using my bases and just bolting in the seat uppers to them. There not heated so don’t have to worry about that

There will be a couple of wires, sensor on the back of the seat that stops hit going to far back and maybe occupancy sensor
