Finally got the passenger seat moving & removed from our Roadster. The thread nearest the door had rusted up, so used a length of 3mm square bar & small spanner to gradually work the thread back & forth. After 3 weeks of penetrating fluid & gradual rotation, the adjuster finally started turning. So today I moved the seat forwards & got the runners apart.

Anyone know where I might find the following parts, or should we just buy a 2nd hand frame on eBay ?
  • Drive Spindles for front motor (fwd & back adjustment).
  • The 90deg drive units that connect the motor to the threaded rods.

Hi have this to sort out i need two off flexible shafts , will 3 mm square bar fitt in the drive and allow me to hand wind the seat gear boxes

Yes, but you need to file the end slightly to form a slight wedge shape. The flexibles are fractionally under 3mm.
