I see current car list is 428 cars (that will go up) and BMWCC is currently the largest club stand with 30 vehicles . . . .

All booked as of tonight for me and the missus. See you at Wetherby services for a 09:15 departure, however it does say you can arrive from 08:15. I was not at the last one but apparently it was a total cluster***k trying to get in. Is this not a bit too late Paul? Having said that a few of us have a way to travel, we are driving from Hartlepool.

Will need to set off about 8 to get to Wetherby in time just to grab a coffee. don't fancy setting off any earlier (its an age thing)

Yes I have heard this from Nich Thomas so will will do the same, will aim to get there for about 9am. Hopefully no one turns up at Wetherby services now?

I arrived at the entrance at 08:45 last year and hardly had to wait at all. I would say busiest time is between 9 and 10, and you have to expect some delays when you are trying to get 8 or 900 cars down a two lane entry check.
All in all, I would say SCITP organisers and the marshalls do an excellent job in difficult circumstances. Just make sure you check the parking plan beforehand and know what field you need to be in (last year they tried to put me in with the Japanese cars!), stay patient and all should be OK.

Looks like its going to be a full house (1400 cars) display tickets end on 5th May. Don't forget to book as a club stating BMWCC.
