Yesterday, while going into Philadelphia, I passed a bridge that had tank cars on it. There has been much controversy about these cars going through the city as there have been rail accidents causing death or sickness as a result of the contents of these tank cars rupturing and spilling their contents. Obviously Structural Engineers aren't used much over there Frankie or you can ignore their advice.

We have 1 section of Motorway/freeway through Birmingham which is under constant repair and is far better than that 40 years old now and takes 200,000 vehicles every day mostly at about 15mph or less.
