Can someone please explain how I might do the above so that I can add to a post. If it matters it would be saved on a Samsung tablet. Google doex not help. Thanks
Saving a you tube link to a post

You need a youtube account. Then upload your video to youtube make sure it is set to public and then when you are on the screen that plays the video through youtube copy the address in the top bar and paste it into your post. Simples 
Once you have a YouTube account (just use your Google account if you have Gmail).
Upload button in top right corner
Browse for the video on your computer/device
Sit back while it uploads and processes the image... It will tell you when it's finished, and you can see the link that the video will be live on in the left hand side of this screen
