I am creating this thread on behalf of Gary Hyde as I have local knowledge of the area.
The meeting point for our club stand at the VanityBMW event at Beaulieu Motor museum is:
The Bold Forester,
Beaulieu Road,
Marchwood,

I have spoken with the gaffa, Ryan who is supportive to say the least! He was delighted to let us use the car park. The pub will be closed whilst we are there so we won't have access to any facilities other than the car park but Ryan was keen to stress that our group or any individuals from it are very welcome to return to the pub following the event for food and drinks. I will likely be taking up this opportunity as a matter of courtesy for allowing us the use of the car park in the morning and I'll also have a 200 mile journey to prepare for!
VanityBMW are allowing exhibitor's cars on site between 0900hrs and 1000hrs. The Bold Frorester is about 5 minutes from the motor museum and the only junctions to negotiate are left turns, with a left turn into the venue so we are less likely to become separated.
I propose we meet at The Bold Forester from 0830hrs and depart for the motor museum at 0900hrs to allow us the get our stand organised (there are prizes for best stand so let's park straight and look pretty) and allow those of us in the show and shine competion time to prepare.
If you have ordered tickets through the club, the default position is that you will join us at this RV point where you will be handed your ticket(s). If you need your ticket posting to you prior to the event, please make contact with @GazHyde if you have not already to make arrangements.
We will need to leave the RV point promptly but I am aware that some folk have got some travelling to do. In the event that anyone is delayed and misses the convoy do not panic! I will be available on my mobile which I will gladly give out via private message to any member of our forum and I will arrange to get your ticket to you.
We are on stand G in a central location:
When we arrive on site the Show and Shine cars will peel off to their stand and the rest of the forum will form up on our stand and look pretty!
