Write Up Rutland Water Cruise - Sunday 8th June

Well what a great Day, Thanks to Liam Caroline and Matty for organising it. Lovely to See Miller1098, Hugh and Sarah, Ningo, John and Denise. and of course Brian and Julie who were with us at Newark last weekend. It was Frankie's inaugural Cruise with the EAC, we do hope he enjoyed driving round with Z3cade in his ///M, I for one, had difficulty keeping up, but only because Macca had his foot on the brake all the time, A big thanks to Mark and Michelle for coming to Frankie's Rescue and giving him a bed last night.

We wish Frankie well and hope he has a safe journey home. And yes, Aceman, Frankie did wear the T-shirt today.

A big thanks to everyone who made the day so special.

Commiserations to Mint who not only had problems with his Zed and was forced to come in his daily driver and then got stuck at the Barrier at the beginning of the cruise and to Ningaloo, who came but couldn't find us in the harbour café car park.

Another great day and the weather was brilliant. Sorry you missed us Ningaloo we were in the Whitwell car park. Was it Macca with his foot on the brake or Mary?
Great to meet everyone and those who traveled a long way to meet up.

Thanks for a good meet, pity I had to dash home and don my nurses uniform to care for 're indoors , severe case of man flu I think.

I really wish I could have made this today. It would have been cheaper as I stayed home and did my washing instead. All good till the washing machine went bang and almost caught fire.

Phew just arrived home as the sun goes down.Sarah had a little anesthetiser to get her home . really enjoyed our day with the ear ache crew Thanks for making us feel so welcome,what a great send of for Frankie a memorable day to end a crazy week.Safe journey buddy
