Rubbing Tyres

So question for the masses.

Jacked up the rear yesterday and took off the Osr wheel and noticed that on the inside edge of the tyre there had been rubbing and the tread was smooth. Now for the life of me I cannot work out where it would have been rubbing on. The other tyres are all fine!

Do you have after market wheels, the offset could be aggressive.

Or if you have OE wheels it's likely to be the rear alignment/tracking is out.

It’s also possible that the wheel has been moved from the front to the back. I would check all the suspension and steering joints and then have a 4 wheel alignment done.
