Rubber fuel filler gator

My rubber gator has split around the neck of the fuel filler. Is it easy to replace it? Surely not a rear wing removal as noticed in this photo!

Yes. Wing off, if you want to fit it properly.

You may get away with only unbolting the front four bolts and the one in front of the wheel.
