Any idea from the hive mind as to what the patches are and also best way to clean it up?

They look to be on the actual frames. Is it something to do with how the roof is being stored when down? Oh and don’t put the roof down in cold weather unless you want to window to snap!

Hard to tell from the photo if that marking or the twill has gone bare. If it just staining a soft top cleaner kit from Halfords such as autoglym’s and agitate gently with a soft brush.
