No. Autocross is racing on asphalt with Orange cones.Welcome Robert!
Is it Z3 suitable for autocross? Isn't the one over the fields, with mud and dirt and bumping cars?
Dan
Hi Robert, welcome to great place for info and fun. Where abouts are you located?
Tony.
I live about 30 minutes from the BMW plant. I also spent a year there when it was being built and first opened. I can honestly say I saw one of the, if not the first Z3 brought to America for fitting the assembly line. We had to sign NDA papers and go thru meetings telling us how important it was to not talk about or take any pictures of the car. They used the term "Strictly Forbidden"Hi Robert, we saw some Autocross at the Goodguys All American Custom Car show in Kissimmee in April this year. Really enjoyed ourselves even in 96 degrees. You're not far from where the Z3 was born then? Enjoy and please keep us posted.
Tony.
