Just had the renewal thro for Cmax with Saga, £ 313.
Just rang em to queery details , told me to get quotes and they would try an match it,
Loyalty eh.
Just done the compare meerkat thingy and a raft of like for like qoutes around £190.
So f... Saga for trying to rob me ,

Agreed Moz, they are thieving b*****s, I change quite regularly as there is no benefit with staying with one company. The discounts all seem to be for new business, why don't they offer discounts for loyalty, and save everyone loads of time & hassle?

I think a lot assume people won't shop around each time their policy is up for renewal. Lets face it, it's a pain in the backside having to do it each time, but very much worth doing so!

Agree, go through go compare, cheap insurance on first quote, then next years quote jumps by an extra 50%, back to go compare, when cancelling insurance they ask (as they did for Mozza) "if you get a cheaper quote give us a ring back to see if we can beat it" I always tell them to sod off, as they should have given me the best price in the first place.
