Currently have style 42 composite (I think from online image searches) on the 3.0, and have a set of refurbed 78's (again educated guess) in black, see pics below.

Question is, what to keep and what to sell, and if anyone knows the going rate, with tyres? I'm thinking of selling the black ones as don't think they work well with the titanium silver chassis.

Keep the split rims mate, they hold strong money and are very desirable.

Sell the style 78's. Price will all depend on condition and tyres. £200-500 (ditch finders & Kerbing to Michelins & No kerbing)

Split rims require more work on a refurb but do look better. Personally I would not run split rims through winter (salt will destroy them) and have a spare winter set. Oh, hold on a minute, you already have a set

I have the same split rims. I'd be keeping those. Looks like the tyre on the black rim is 6 years old? If so, a buyer would probably be looking to replace them straight away.

Do you get any salt on the roads in winter Jase? That's the only reason for me not to run them through the winter, cos they're so much easier to clean.

No snow here in subtropical Australia! The car picks up a bit of salt spray at the beach occasionally, but just needs a hose down. The rims are definitely not fun to clean.

Yeah, I would hate to have to clean those mate. Do look good though.

I can clean these without removing them.

You might be able to save yourself some money by splitting the rims.
