Replacing seat bushes...help!

Ok so I have sorted the new bushes and put them into the kebab. However on the Left side (as you sit) the rail has come to far up and I cant get it passed the block with the bush in

also on the other one I cant get it to line up with the T50 hole. Its in the spindle at the other end, but is a bit out

I don't want to force anything so thought I would ask for guidance in first instance!

Im probably doing something stupid..

Ive done some brute force on the left one, hammer and screwdriver :nailbiting: .......got it out

So passenger seat working fine.

Went on to do the drivers seat and I cannot take of the rear bolt (door side) off, other side was fine. I don't have a 16mm socket to fit my breaker so will have to get one....unless there are any tips on getting a tight nut off =))
update...have sprayed a bit of penetrating oil around seam and will see if that helps tomorrow

Extractor sockets, they have fluted inners that grip the bolt/nut as its turned anticlockwise, works on rounded off bolts as well.

All done and even though drivers side wasn't too bad with the rocking what a difference when driving!
Here is one of the old bushes from drivers side...not bad, the other one was a mess
