Hi.
I need to source two new windscreen washer nozzles for my 2002 2.2. They appear to be blocked as they only dribble and when disconnected the pump is flowing pretty strongly.

Where is the best place to buy these ?

Also, out of interest- what is the purpose of the two electrical wires that are connected to the nozzles ?
Many thanks

The wires feed the heating element to prevent them freezing. I would think they only need to be cleared by blowing through with compressed air.

Try blowing through in the reverse direction, ie from outside the jet. Maybe using a straightened paper clip to poke through and solid blockages.

If you have a leak there it will reduce output pressure. Andy @spurs fan in a coupe is breaking a 2.2 at the moment he may have some jets.

Unfortunately I’ve tried Andy with no joy. May have to try a dealer … I’m having a weekend away in the car next Friday so need to sort soonish if I can

If you don't run your car through the winter you could use "unheated" jets?

I do use the car year round but it is garaged and only really used for pleasure so that is an option I may have to look at. Much cheaper too!

If you do not mind spending more money you could always use Z8-type nozzles, which look great and are chromed. Mine cost £40 about 20 years ago.
